With over fifteen years of experience in the field of psychology, I bring extensive training in evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Family and Systems Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Fees: $200 per 60-minute session.
