
Individual counselling sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Therapeutic approaches may include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Strategies, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
All sessions are client-led and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space that fosters personal growth and healing.
Sessions are $200 per 60 minutes. Services are eligible for coverage through most extended health insurance plans.
